AUSTIN, TX – Peregrine Land Investments (“Peregrine”), a systematic real estate investment firm, today announced the acquisition of 201 acres near Del Valle, Texas, marking the first asset for Peregrine Land Investments I, LP (“Fund I”). The property is located within the Austin ETJ in Travis County and served by Del Valle ISD, making it suitable for future residential development given its configuration and limited development constraints.
Peregrine plans to hold the property for future entitlement in partnership with home builders and developers, in keeping with the firm’s focus on bridging the gap between raw land and shovel-ready lots in rapidly expanding markets. Del Valle remains one of the few areas within approximately 30 minutes of downtown Austin where land is still priced favorably for new residential construction—underscoring the significance of this transaction.
